  • Debug products to identify and repair errors
  • Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise their free speech rights, or exercise another right provided for by law
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, you can:

  1. Email Request: Send an email to privacy@vivvlabs.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please include your full name, email address associated with your account, and a clear statement that you are requesting the deletion of your personal data.
  2. Customer Support: Contact our customer support team at support@vivvlabs.com or call us at +1 (555) 123-4567.
  3. Account Settings: If you have an account with us, you may be able to delete certain information through your account settings.

Verification Process

To protect your information and ensure that we only process deletion requests from authorized individuals, we will verify your identity before processing your request. This may include:

  • Asking you to provide identifying information, such as your name, email address, and account details
  • Requiring you to log in to your account (if applicable)
  • Sending a verification email to the email address associated with your account

The specific verification steps may vary depending on the sensitivity of the information and the nature of your request.

Timeframe for Response

We will confirm receipt of your deletion request within 10 business days. We will respond to a verifiable request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

Data Retention After Deletion

Once we have verified your request and determined that no exceptions apply, we will delete your personal information from our active systems and databases. However, we may retain certain information in backup or archived systems for a limited period due to technical constraints or legal obligations.

We may also retain de-identified or aggregated data that does not identify you personally.

Third-Party Services
