Our Philosophy
The ViVV Labs platform, provided by Mohitso Media Limited, is designed from the ground up to operate without collecting or storing any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from our clients' customers. Our service exclusively processes anonymized campaign metrics.
User Account Information
To provide our clients with access to their campaign data, we maintain user accounts on our customer portal. This account information is limited to the full name and business email address required for login and communication purposes.
Data Deletion Process
Upon termination of a contract or at the request of our client's designated administrator, all user accounts associated with that client will be permanently deleted from our systems. This action removes the name and business email address associated with each user. As we do not handle any other PII related to our clients' customers, no further deletion process is necessary.
